Jubilee Suites Dog Policy

We're delighted to welcome you and your dog to Jubilee Suites! Fairhope is wonderfully dog-friendly, and we want both you and your four-legged companion to feel right at home. Please review these guidelines to help ensure a comfortable, peaceful stay for everyone.

  • Dog-friendly suites: Up to two dogs per reservation are welcome in four of our suites: Magnolia, Dogwood, New Orleans, and Charlotte. Medically necessary service dogs and emotional support dogs are also permitted only in these suites. Please don't bring your dog into other guest suites, as additional cleaning fees may apply.
  • Registration & Fees: All dogs must be registered when booking. The pet fee is $125 per dog, per stay, with a maximum of two dogs per suite. Unannounced dogs will incur a $250 fee per dog. Medically necessary service dogs stay at no charge; emotional support dogs are subject to the same fees and guidelines as pets.
  • When Leaving Your Suite: Please take your dog with you whenever possible. If your dog must remain unattended, they should be crated, and time away should be limited to under two hours. If excessive barking occurs, we may call and ask you to return to attend to your pet.
  • Need Dog-Walking Help? When staff is available, we may be able to provide up to two walks per day for up to two dogs for $40 per day—just ask! We're also happy to recommend local kennels or pet-sitting services.
  • Around the Property: Dogs must remain leashed on the upper property. On the lower property, they may be off-leash as long as they remain under your control. Please clean up after your dog and encourage them to use the mulched areas of the yard.
  • Breakfast with Your Dog: Only service dogs are permitted inside the Bay View Room breakfast and kitchen area. Pets and emotional support dogs are welcome to join you for breakfast outdoors on the Bay View Room balcony.
  • Inside Your Suite: Please keep dogs off furniture and beds. We provide a pet blanket at check-in; if it's removed from the property, a $40 fee applies. Damage, stains, or excessive pet hair may result in a minimum $100 cleaning fee. Please also keep door-window blinds raised to prevent damage. Replacement cost is $150 per blind.
  • Accidents Happen: If your dog has an accident inside your suite, please let us know right away so we can treat the area promptly.
  • Health & Behavior: Dogs must be well-behaved, socialized, and current on vaccinations. Excessive barking or disruptive behavior may require removal from the property.
  • A Note About Our Cats: No guest cats, please. You may see our friendly resident cats around the property, but please don't allow them into your suite.
  • Before You Arrive: Please bring your dog's crate, food, and water bowls. Familiar comforts can help your dog settle in and feel at home.
  • After Checkout: Suites are inspected following departure. If any damage is found, we'll notify you within two days.

Thank you for helping us keep Jubilee Suites welcoming and comfortable for all our guests—both human and canine. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to making your stay a wonderful one!
