Jubilee Suites Dog Policy
We're delighted to welcome you and your dog to Jubilee Suites! Fairhope is a wonderfully dog-friendly town, and we love helping our guests (and their four-legged companions) feel right at home. Please take a moment to review our dog policy so everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay.
• When leaving your suite: We kindly ask that you take your dog with you whenever possible. If your dog must remain unattended, please use your crate and limit time away to under two hours. If your dog barks excessively, we may call to ask that you return to attend to your pet.
• Dog walking help: Our staff can sometimes provide dog-walking services for $20 per walk-just ask! We can also recommend local kennel or pet-sitting services if needed.
• Dog-friendly suites: Dogs are welcome in only 4 suites - the Magnolia, Dogwood, New Orleans, and Charlotte. Medically necessary service dogs and emotional support dogs are also permitted only in these suites.
• Visiting other suites: Please do not bring your dog into other suites, as some are not dog-friendly and may incur additional cleaning fees.
• Health: Dogs must be well-behaved, socialized, and current on vaccinations.
• Registration: All dogs must be registered during the booking process.
• Pet fees: $125 per dog per stay (maximum of 2 dogs per suite) when registered.
• Unannounced dogs: Will incur a $250 fee per dog.
• Service dogs: Medically necessary service dogs are welcome at no charge.
• Emotional Support dogs: Are subject to the same fees and guidelines as pets.
• No cats, please. You may encounter our friendly cats who live here. Please do not let them into your suite.
• Breakfast with your dog: Only service dogs are allowed inside the Bay View Room breakfast/kitchen area. Pets and emotional support dogs are welcome to enjoy breakfast with you outdoors on our Bay View Room balcony.
• Around the property: Dogs must remain on a leash while on the upper property. They may be off-leash on the lower property as long as they are under your control.
• Clean-up courtesy: Please clean up after your dog and encourage them to use the mulched areas of the yard.
• Accidents happen: If an accident occurs inside your suite, please notify our staff right away so we can treat the area promptly.
• Furniture & bedding: Please keep your dog off the furniture and beds. We provide a pet blanket upon check-in - if removed from the property, a $40 fee applies. Damage, stains, or excess hair may result in a minimum $100 cleaning fee.
• Blinds & damage: Please keep door window blinds raised to avoid damage. Replacement cost is $150 per blind.
• Excessive barking or disruptive behavior: May require removal from the premises.
• Departure inspection: Suites are inspected after checkout, and if any damage is found, guests will be notified within two days.
• Bring comforts from home: Please bring your dog's crate, food, and water bowls-it helps them feel more comfortable.
We truly appreciate your cooperation in keeping Jubilee Suites welcoming for all our guests, both human and canine. Thank you for helping us make your stay a wonderful one!
