Some people think of going on vacation as a time to let their fitness goals go on vacation too. And that’s certainly a great way to relax from the stresses of daily life. That, plus a great massage! Jim and I often do just that when we go on vacation. Others take the extra time off to refocus on their health as a way to kick-start a new level of physical activity when they get home… and that can be just as rewarding.
At Jubilee Suites, we love to pamper our guests with luxurious amenities designed to promote complete relaxation and refreshment. See all our amenities here. But if upping your daily exercise is your idea of a vacation, there’s no better place to do that than at Jubilee Suites. Let us count the ways!
-
Yoga on the bluff at Jubilee Suites. Yoga- We love yoga and, in fact, Dana is a certified instructor. We offer sanitized yoga mats in every room and you will find a wide variety of yoga classes on our Smart TVs in your suite. We can also direct you to excellent group classes in Fairhope, just a mile away. Or, for a class tailored to your individual needs, give us a call to reserve a private session with one of Fairhope’s fine instructors.

Dana Maloney in a 1-person kayak at dawn. Kayaking- Jubilee Suites is located directly on Mobile Bay and we offer our guests free use of our kayaks. The Bay is quite shallow and calm and easy to navigate even for children or adults with no experience. We have both one-and two-person kayaks so parents can supervise young children more closely. Life jackets are provided and are required for children under age 9.
- Lawn games- Ask us to set up our corn hole games or croquet. Fun activities for the whole family! Start a tournament and have the kids try to beat mom and dad!
- Fishing- Living in the waterfront town of Fairhope, opportunities for fishing abound! Fish off our beach or any of the public piers in Fairhope, or charter a fishing trip with one of our recommended captains. We can help make your reservation if you let us know a week or so in advance.
- Paddleboarding- We offer our guests free use of our paddleboards during their stay. Take them out into the Bay for some incredible sightseeing while getting in your workout.

The multi-surface trail is shared by runners, walkers, strollers, and bikes and you can start or stop anywhere along the length. You don’t have to guess where to take your daily run. And you can rent bikes by the hour, day or week at the Fairhope Store.
-
Golfers at Rock Creek Golf Club. Golf- Fairhope has some excellent courses, including Rock Creek Golf Club. See our Stay ‘n Play Golf Package that includes everything you need for a round of golf plus a swag package that includes $20 for lunch at Rock Creek’s award-winning restaurant.
- We’ve arranged for our guests to access Fairhope Fitness Center where you can continue your regular workouts or schedule personal training. Let us know and we’ll set you up.

We also love to host wellness events at Jubilee Suites for groups and we can accommodate up to 35 guests depending on your needs. Great for both local groups or for those who want to get out of town for the weekend. Imagine having the entire hotel to yourselves; spa-like meals and amenities; a schedule that includes time for group sessions; and private time and spaces all over the property for journaling, catching up on your reading, meditation, and simply soaking up the views. With luxurious suites, all meals provided, healthy and fun activities that supplement your agenda, even our corporate retreat guests can enjoy some restorative me-time when they stay here for a weekend or more.
Let’s get together this year in Fairhope, AL!
